Braille Skateboarding employee Ricky Glaser recently talked about why he never knew anything about the inner workings inside his boss Aaron Kyro's YouTube skate company.

Glaser didn't want to keep providing more information but had to open up about his experience within the company, drawing an analogy between Braille skaters and the routine life of a McDonald's cashier.

The YouTube star admitted to being largely unaware of the intricate details of the company's operations and said, "What do I know I'm just Rick. Like I just work there you know." He explained. "If you work at McDonald's as a cashier, you don't know what's going on."

He added. "People complain. You work as a cashier, right? They come, you give them a Big Mac. They order from you. You're the face of McDonald's. Someone doesn't know how to split the check. They come, they complain to you at the front, you know? But does that mean you know the master plan of all the McDonald's restaurants, the hundreds of them?"

Glaser pointed out that the skaters employed by Kyro and Braille, despite being an integral part of the creative process, may only be privy to some of the company's management and decision-making intricacies.
