Red Bull Skate has been providing value to the skateboarding community as it helps invigorate the scene, whatever it takes for athletes to take action and represent their niche.
This year, the Red Bull terminal takeover skateboarding competition is back, and one lucky winner can win to attend in New Orleans, April 13th - April 15th, 2022.
In partnership with a non-profit organization called The Skatepark Project, founded by Tony Hawk helps create safe and inclusive public skateparks in underserved communities across the country, a sweepstake has launched to support the New Orleans skate community.
PLEASE NOTE: The winner must be 18 years of age or older to enter the sweepstakes and attend the skate event.
The former New Orleans Airport Terminal turned into a massive skatepark for the contest. At Red Bull Terminal Takeover, these abandoned concourses will take on a new life as old runways, benches, and rails get reimagined from skateboarders' perspective - as in the real Tony Hawk's Pro Skater video game.
