Metal fans have long extolled the thrash metal icons Megadeath and who knew that Primitive head honcho Paul Rodriguez is also a fan of the technically complex guitar work of the band.
PRod's squad posted on Instagram, "Primitive is excited to present a limited collection with West Coast heavy metal icons Megadeth. Founded in 1983, Megadeth's one of a kind sound and otherworldly artwork helped shape the look and feel of the metal movement."
They added. "This new assortment highlights some of the band's most celebrated records including, "Rust in Peace", "Countdown to Extinction" and "Peace Sells...but Who's Buying?"
"Megadeth's skeletal mascot, Vic Rattlehead is featured on a variety of pieces including the 100% Polyester Mesh, "Rattlehead Jersey" and Cotton Twill "Rattlehead M65 Jacket," Primitive said. "This offering is now live on primitiveskate.com and at select retailers worldwide."
The promo video also looks sick, featuring Pedro Biagio with the filming of Alan Hannon and Eric Iwakura. The crew mixed the background music with mellow to thrash music from legends Megadeath plus a striking skateboarding edit.
