The Thrasher 666 x Supreme Milan skateboarding contest brought together some of the best skateboarders for a full day of competition in Italy.
The homies pulled up to battle it out on the course, throwing down gnarly tricks and trying to take home the top spot.
Of course, every contest needs a trophy, and Nasty Neckface handled that part with his signature dark artwork.
The artist created a Satanic Pope trophy for the first place winner, featuring his twisted style and a devilish character with a wild grin.

Nasty Neck later shared the story behind his trip to Milan, explaining that he returned to the streets after recovering from a serious arm injury.
According to Neck, his doctors told him that hitting the streets of Italy was the best way to continue his rehabilitation.
