1. Eat Healthy and Stay Fit

Your body is your tool, so fuel it with the right foods, stay hydrated, and exercise regularly.

2. Have a Healthy Mind

Skateboarding is not just about physical strength; it's a mental game, too. A clear and focused mind helps one concentrate on executing tricks, helping skaters persevere through challenges and setbacks.

3. Know Your Limits

Push yourself, but be aware of your capabilities to avoid injuries. He said to practice first in a skatepark or a small obstacle before trying a trick on gnarly spots.

4. Take Time to Recover

Skateboarding is tough on your body, so rest, stretch, and treat yourself to massages to aid recovery.

5. Promote The Brands Sponsoring You

In today's world, promoting yourself and the brands you represent is crucial. Engage with your followers and create content.

6. Have fun

Skateboarding should always be enjoyable. If you're not having fun, what's the point? Loving what you do shows in your performance.
