It's unusual for a professional boxer to wear skate clothing as they have never stepped on a skateboard and not knowing what it's about.
The Chief is also fastidious regarding his team, notably on what they should wear in every advertisement. Hence, this year, Thomas doesn't care anymore as long as they get brand awareness for their business.
Fans also speculated that the photo was photoshopped, but it's on the Zero skateboards' official Instagram account, and Thomas would never photoshop anything on their page.
Whether it's for clout or for believing that Tyson fits the Zero crew, the skate industry will always respect Thomas for what he contributed to the skateboard world.
