The world's largest men's magazine brand Men's Health (MH), has unveiled a new video featuring professional skateboarder turned Olympian Nyjah Huston about his home gym and how he stays healthy.
The 26-year-old Disaster skateboards pro shows how he works out and train in his Los Angeles home for the forthcoming Tokyo Olympics.
With his strict training and eating healthy, Huston scooped the majority of the medals in most skateboarding competitions such as X Games, Street League, and other televised contests.
Huston is fortunate enough to conjure miraculous wins on every skateboarding contest. Hence, the video has proved how hard he worked skating in his private skatepark.
The goofy-footed handrail skateboarder also treasures the opportunity to help deliver the United States a solid gold medal by striking his flip combos on massive obstacles.
