Cree skateboard legend and actor Joe Buffalo has finally received recognition from a core skate company Anti-Hero which allowed him to have a guest pro deck.
Most noted as a two-time Vancouver Film Critics Circle nominee for Best Supporting Actor in a Canadian Film, Buffalo embodied himself as an unstoppable professional skateboarder in Canada.
Buffalo not only spread core abilities in skateboarding, but he became an excellent example to the youth that fighting for your rights should be permanently implanted in our DNA.
"This is one of those things I have always had dreamt of being a part of and I’ve always identified with this brand growing up that fully came to fruition." Buffalo said. "Manifestation is truly a powerful way of getting what you want and the longer I stay committed to my relationship with the Creator then the longer these gifts are gonna continuously keep coming."
He added. "I’m slowly growing into the person I needed while I was growing up the more and more I step into my true power. Life is so precious an I’m so beyond grateful for everyone who stuck by side and helped make me who I am today. I hold you so dearly on this journey I’ve been on. Dreams do come true if you’re willing to put in the work!"
"This graphic is gonna make people have conversations that they don’t usually have about the role ‘they’ (rcmp) played and how much their actions negatively affected indigenous people." He said. "Implementing genocide onto my people that is still going on to this day. They’re available today at Menu Skateshop then they’ll be released later this week at Skateshop’s the world over."
