Disorder Skateboards head honcho Nyjah Huston did his best at the 2024 Paris Olympics but only managed to grab 3rd place. Despite giving it his all for the U.S.A., he was bummed about not snagging the gold.
Although the bronze medal was a solid achievement, especially after his loss in the last Tokyo Olympics, Huston showed his competitive side and stayed true to himself.
Huston shared on his Instagram story, "I'd be lying to say I'm happy with my result when I know I had a solid chance at bringing home the gold for us." He added, "I truly gave it my all. All I got to say is Goddamn I love being out there representing our country and it's a true honor."
As we previously reported, Japan's Yuto Horigome took home the gold twice, making him the reigning, defending, undisputed champion of the world.
Horigome's gnarly last trick earned him an incredible score of 97.08, proving once again that he's a two-time Olympic gold medalist.
