LGBTQIA+ professional skateboarder Hayley Wilson and REAL Skateboards released her new Angel signature skateboard deck, a project designed to support mental health awareness.

The collaboration shows the importance of faith, community, and looking out for one another.

Mental health is something that affects everyone, and Hayley has spoken openly about how it has impacted her and people close to her.

By working with the nonprofit organization In Pieces Together, the Angel board aims to raise funds for suicide support and to help remove the stigma around mental health struggles.

Hayley shared her thoughts on the project:

"Introducing @inpiecestogether x @realskateboards

So beyond grateful to have been able to do a collab with such a special organisation. Mental health is something that affects all of us, @inpiecestogether is working to destigmatise the way suicide is portrayed in society and raise funds for suicide support.
This collaboration is so important to me because I’ve been affected by mental health myself and it’s affected people close to me. This journey hasn’t been easy but the support from my family, friends, sponsors and the mental health services have been unmatched. If you are struggling or you know someone that is struggling there are hotlines out there worldwide you can call or message ❤️
It’s amazing to have these boards in the community to remind everyone that they are not alone.
You don’t know what someone is going through, check up on them tell them you love them ❤️"

The Angel board reflects a growing trend among professional skaters to share their faith and personal beliefs while also giving back to the community.

By combining her love for skateboarding with her desire to make a positive impact, Hayley is showing that caring for mental health and offering support can be part of everyday life.

Core heads have responded warmly, praising the collaboration for spreading hope and encouraging conversations around mental health.
