As we previously reported, YouTube skater Gabe Schuch was arrested after authorities alleged that he struck a man with a skateboard during an incident that left the victim with a fractured skull.

Following his arrest, Gabe was released from custody and is expected to return to court for a hearing this July 9 as the case continues.
While he still has legal matters ahead of him, Gabe recently shared a personal update that caught the attention of many of his followers.
He posted photos and videos showing himself reunited with his baby mama and their child, enjoying time together after getting back home.
From what Gabe shared, he seems grateful to be with his family again after spending time behind bars.
He also mentioned being thankful to have made it home safely despite everything happening around him in the streets.

Along with the family photos, Gabe wrote:
"One day at a time. Thank you all for supporting."
Many people in the comments were happy to see him back with his family and wished him the best as he deals with the legal case.
Others continued talking about the allegations against him and said they will be watching to see what happens when his court hearing takes place in July.
For now, Gabe appears focused on spending time with his loved ones while taking things one day at a time.
