At the height of the 2024 Paris Olympics, everyone got stoked including the founder and CEO of Double E Pictures, and partner at The Tornante Company, Eric Eisner.
He had a really fun day skating with the homies but got a bad wipeout while skateboarding in California.
He ended up breaking his elbow and fracturing his hip. His wife, Stacey Bendet, said he was trying some trick with his friends in Inglewood when things went south.
The crazy thing is, he somehow managed to drive himself to the ER, and the doctors couldn't believe it.
He's using a wheelchair for now, but he's starting to walk again. His elbow needed nine screws to fix.
And to top it off, his dad, former Disney CEO Michael Eisner, also couldn't make it to the Portsmouth Football Club’s opening match because of the injuries.
Plus, just before Eric's accident, their daughter broke her collarbone in a horseback riding accident in New York. Both of them had to get surgery at the same time on different coasts.
My elbow right now. Looks like scenes from our team last year. Just fixed yesterday. Hopefully doesn’t impact my first trip over. 50/50. Trust the process; trust In Rich; trust in John; trust in Andy C #pup pic.twitter.com/w1U4QVWoLD
