Brooklyn Projects skate shop business owner Dom DeLuca recently made an elderly woman's day during a visit to In-N-Out on Sepulveda Boulevard.
As DeLuca strolled to the fast-food restaurant, he encountered Carole, who would soon become his good friend.
Despite expressing Carole's desire for the "Number 1 Animal Style" meal, she did not ask for assistance. She just wanted to talk with DeLuca.
DeLuca discovered that she is over 65 years old and intentionally maintains grey hair to avoid unwanted attention from law enforcement.
DeLuca with a kind heart, he made sure to brighten Carole's day. After briefly stepping away to order, he returned with a number 1 animal style meal for her. He also gave her a $100 bill.
The skate shop owner has always given back to the skate community and even to a nice lady like Carole.
We hope everyone will do the same for others and help only if you can.
