As we previously reported, Santa Cruz Skateboards launched their new "Super S.K.A.T.E Show" event after The Berrics shut down their operations, and someone needed to step up.
The long-time Battle At The Berrics flatground skateboarding contest has been a staple for skaters worldwide, but it had to pause for a while due to the co-founders Steve Berra and Eric Koston's rent being raised to $105,000.
This led The Berrics to shut down their video productions due to financial losses.
But the good news is, Santa Cruz held their "Super S.K.A.T.E Show" competition, and fans loved it.
