After years of riding for Etnies, Chris Joslin has officially made the switch to Lakai Footwear.

As we previously reported, Joslin once posted an April Fool's joke claiming he no longer rode for Sole Tech's Etnies.

While there wasn’t a big announcement from Joslin himself, all signs point to the move being real and this time, it’s no joke.

He’s been spotted skating in Lakai shoes and even wearing a Lakai shirt during the recent SLS Santa Monica contest.

It didn’t take long for people to connect the dots.

Even though Lakai’s new boss Luis Mora hasn’t made a formal post confirming anything, the switch is clear. Joslin's appearance at SLS repping Lakai gear says enough.

As for Joslin, he hasn’t made a direct statement about leaving Etnies or joining Lakai. The only thing he’s posted recently is a heartfelt message to his grandma:

“Thank you Grandma ❤️ #Gma4Ever 🙏.

It’s a quiet but noticeable change. Fans will be watching closely to see what comes next with Joslin under Lakai.

Maybe some new clips, parts, and a few words down the line when the time feels right. For now, the shoes and shirt say it all.
