Jamie Thomas Part Ways with Chris Cole

Skateboarding legend Jamie "The Chief" Thomas has made the decision to expel his loyal rider and best friend, Chris Cole, from his company Zero Skateboards.

Although The Chief tried to protect his best friend, saying, "we have yet to hear or see any proof," he had no choice but to not do business with Cole as they are being boycotted by skateboarders.

This ultimately led The Chief to completely remove the two-time Skater Of The Year from his team with a press release.

Hence, the press release was not shown on all social media channels of Zero Skateboards or Thomas' personal account—nor was it posted on the company's official website.

The Press Release States:

"Zero and Chris Cole parted ways on July 9th, 2024.

We acknowledge the seriousness of the allegations, and due to the sensitivity of the matter, I do not feel it is our place to speak on the details of the situation.

My heart goes out to all the parties involved.

Jamie Thomas"
