It’s official: Chloe Covell is now riding for April Skateboards.

After some time riding without a board sponsor, the 14-year-old Australian skater and Olympic competitor has finally landed on a team that feels like the right fit.

And honestly, it makes total sense. April, started by Shane O’Neill, has been building a solid crew, and Covell joining the lineup adds even more depth to the brand’s growing presence in skateboarding.

Covell’s been on a steady rise the past few years, putting out clips that get people talking and holding her own in contests alongside some of the most established names out there.

With April already being home to Rayssa Leal and Yuto Horigome - both of whom also skated at the Olympics and won, there’s a clear connection forming between some of the best young talent in the world and this team.

It’s not just about contests, though. Everyone on April brings something distinct to the table, whether it's how they film, how they skate spots, or the kind of projects they’re a part of.

This move probably opens up even more opportunities for Covell to film, travel, and be part of the creative projects April is known for.

It also gives fans something to look forward to. More footage, new boards, and whatever else this connection might bring.

Big ups to Covell for making this happen. Looks like the next chapter is already off to a solid start.
