Independent Trucks has posted a new video sharing a piece of knowledgable information about drugs and alcohol addiction treatment providing the opportunity to heal the mind, body, and spirit featuring Brandon Turner.
Former child prodigy turned professional skateboarder Turner was a household name in skateboarding until he fell off doing drugs and alcohol.
The 39-year-old pro skater has been in and out of recovery and has shared near-death experiences due to non-stop usage.
He is now living clean and now works at Healthy Life Recovery as an Activities Director.
The San Diego California native talked at length about the obstacles he has overcome, his love for skateboarding, and his excitement at his new challenge in life as a recovery coach.
"I just had the vision to create programs that are different to be able to get people from different walks of life. Artists, skateboarders mainly and helping them because the old ways that I have seen for rehabilitation seemed like an old way of handling things. I wanted to create some programs that people can actually get excited about." Turner explained.
