Pro skateboarder and Jackass star Bam Margera has successfully secured supervised visitation rights for his 5-year-old son, Phoenix.

The development comes after a series of legal battles between Margera and his ex-wife, Nicole 'Nikki' Boyd.

The court ruling allows for "in-person supervised visitation," marking an essential step in the ongoing custody dispute.

Margera took to social media to share the news and celebrate his son's birthday. Posting a heartwarming picture of himself with Phoenix, he wrote, "Happy birthday, Phoenix, I love you so so much." Margera didn't shy away from expressing his frustration with some unspecified rules, possibly imposed by his ex-wife's attorney, David Glasshole, preventing him from sharing such moments publicly.

The former MTV star addressed the alleged restrictions on posting pictures of his son, defiantly stating, "Well, you could suck my 2-inch hose David because here it is. A photo of me and Phoenix the wolf. Merry Christmas."

The post revealed the court decision and showcased Margera's determination to share his joy with his followers.
