Pro skateboarder Bam Margera and his wife Dannii Marie had an unexpected wildlife encounter while cruising through Ocala, Florida, and of course, he shared it with his followers.

The THPS 3 + 4 star took a quick stop to step in and help a turtle that had somehow found itself stranded right in the middle of the road.

Margera posted about the moment on social media with a simple caption: "Saving a turtle in Ocala,fl." The clip, which quickly caught people's attention, showed him and Dannii Marie, his wife, working together to make sure the little guy made it to safety.

It’s not every day you see a turtle stuck in traffic, but for anyone who’s driven through Florida, it's not all that rare either.

The state is home to plenty of them, and they don’t exactly move fast when they decide to cross the pavement. For this one, though, luck was on its side.

Instead of leaving it to figure things out on its own, Margera's wife stepped in and carried the poor thing and put it on the fence safely.

While some drivers might swerve around or just keep going, they stopped, checked on it, and helped it get across without any trouble. A small moment, but one that people appreciated.

Fans were quick to comment on the post, with plenty of love for the simple act of kindness. It’s a reminder that even in the middle of an ordinary day, there’s always a chance to do something good - whether it’s for a person, an animal, or in this case, a very confused turtle.

Not long ago, Margera's posts were making headlines for entirely different reasons, so it’s refreshing to see something more laid-back.

It’s unclear what else he was up to in Ocala, but at least for that moment, he was out there making sure one little turtle got a second chance to keep on going—slowly, but safely.
