A recent video featuring professional skateboarders Bam Margera and Terry Kennedy has surfaced online, leaving fans and the skateboarding community questioning TK's current freedom status.
UPDATE: Terry Kennedy’s New Mugshot Released, Parole Expected on July 8, 2026
The video showcases the two sharing a casual hangout, with TK even revealing a new leg tattoo.
Speculation is growing about whether TK is now a free man, following the clearing of his name in the tragic death of Josiah Kassahun, only to receive a 5-year prison sentence on other charges.
As we previously reported, Kennedy was at the center of a legal storm after his best friend Josiah Kassahun's tragic death in 2021.
Kassahun was a fellow skateboarder who tragically lost his life, and TK was initially charged with Kassahun's murder.
However, as time went on, it became evident that there were complexities in the case that needed to be addressed. Eventually, TK was cleared of Kassahun's death.
It is important to note that we currently have limited information about Kennedy's exact legal status. Given the sensitive nature of legal matters and their privacy, it is not uncommon for such information to be restricted.
