Pro skateboarder Bam Margera just pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct following an incident with his brother and family members.
According to reports, he's been put on six months probation and will have to do random drug tests. If he fails, he could end up in jail.
As we previously reported, he allegedly assaulted his brother and made threats. Ultimately, he appeared from the Chester County, Pennsylvania courthouse with misdemeanor charges dismissed.
During the court hearing, Jess called his brother “a good dude when he’s not messed up,” but he also mentioned that his brother had been showing troubling behavior for twenty years. He also said that his brother had been awake for days while at home.
Defense attorney William J. Brennan mentioned that Margera admitted to two minor offenses and is doing well, staying away from drugs and alcohol, and being productive following the arrest about a year ago.
Bam has been open about his struggles with addiction and has sought treatment at different centers. He's also credited his wife, Dannii Marie, with helping him get his life back on track.
As a result, the planned fight between Bam Margera and Johnny Knoxville in the Bareknuckle Fighting Championship will be canceled, as the Viva La Bam star is scheduled to be on probation for an extended period.
