To avoid being a kook or one-upping a skateboarder with the ABD, Anderson advised getting permission before posting the trick to pay respect to the first person who did it first as their Never Been Done (NBD).

The helmet-wearing skateboarder recently faced a situation where he discovered that fellow skater Ricky Glaser had executed a darkslide, a trick Anderson had intended for his upcoming video part.

Anderson congratulated Glaser on the accomplishment and shared the intricacies of the unspoken code among skateboarders.

He elaborated on the etiquette of video parts, stressing that skaters should aim for new tricks or tricks that have never been performed at a specific spot.

Reflecting on the darkslide scenario, he acknowledged that since Glaser had successfully landed the trick to that particular location and shared it online, Anderson's identical clip lost its place in his video part.
