Just this past weekend, "GODSPEED" the latest skate video by the talented "A day with the homies" skate filmer Davonte Jolly was released via Illegal Civ's official Youtube channel with all the heavy hitters in the skate industry and had hit over 600k streams. We already know what went down how insane the full-length video part was, especially Alex Midler’s skate video part that many skaters have re-watched a hundred times.

With that being said, all three gnarly skaters Alex Midler, Kevin White, and Zach Saraceno received their pro boards from IC after all the hard work from their parts and success that the video received. Hence, Midler previously turned pro for SOVRN in 2018.
What's shocking is that Illegal Civ started as a homie skateboarding video turned clothing brand to skateboard decks and movie production. You can tell how IC excelled in a quick span of time when they started in 2008 when Mikey Alfred and his friends were filming for a regular skate video and were just handing out t-shirts in North Hollywood. All the dedication and passion were invigorated from zero to one hundred, and now the movie trailer of Illegal Civ's new film entitled North Hollywood is about to release in 2021.
