In the wake of WeWork's collapse and subsequent bankruptcy filing, former CEO and skateboarder Adam Neumann seems to have found solace in an unexpected setting – the sunny shores of South Florida.

Neumann, 44, purchased two adjacent waterfront properties for a staggering $44 million in 2021, shortly after his tumultuous exit from WeWork, marked by a nearly $1 billion golden parachute amid accusations of mismanagement and fostering a toxic work environment.

Despite the corporate fallout, Neumann and his wife Rebekah, a cousin of Gwyneth Paltrow, have reportedly been living a peaceful life in South Florida, just a stone's throw away from Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

The Neumanns have immersed themselves in the local Jewish community, establishing a significant presence in the affluent area.

Frequently spotted skateboarding and socializing, Neumann appears to be enjoying the laid-back lifestyle of his new surroundings.
