Back in 2008 professional skateboarder Sammy Baptista was in a catastrophic accident and suffered significant burns over 40 percent of his body. He was apparently in a coma for over two weeks and luckily recovered with the help of his friends, families, and fans around the globe.
Fast forward to this day, Baptista is now in good shape and skating non-stop, and living life to the fullest. He is bringing positive energy to everyone in his circle and all his loyal followers on his official social media accounts.
With all the positive mental attitude towards life that Baptista has been showing to everyone. He recently posted a video about depression when the young skater Henry Gartland passed away and his other homie Avery because he was also at the stage when he was lost when skating and after stopping from skating. All the vices don't help at all and you have to always reach out to people as per his post.
The switch prodigy thought that he was alone and someone also said that they were in the same stage of thinking about suicide which is a real problem in the world even when there was no COVID-19 pandemic back then. You should never feel embarrassed when you are at your low point in life because we are all only humans and just be open about it. Always love yourself and let people around you know if you are dealing with depression - you will be surprised that people care and will help.
This time the Shorty's pro took to Instagram and shared his thoughts on motivation. The main combat to depression is motivating yourself and being a believer of what you can do and not dealing with people saying that you cannot do anything even if you are depressed or not. He also said that you can be whatever you want to be but you have to always aim to achieve it and find what it is to make yourself good at it and after you have to be great at it.
