As we previously reported, YouTube skater Chris Chann has made history as the first-ever influencer to be featured in a Thrasher video.
Many gatekeepers are mad at YouTubers, influencers, and TikTok skaters, but Chann has proved that you can make it in the industry.
His insane video has skaters hyped, especially after he landed a kickflip backside to primo on a rail for his ender, a trick that's never been done before.
The NDB is now featured in the Trick of the Year discussion and could be a contender for this year's title.
Fans of Chann are already making their case, saying his trick deserves to win TOTY 2026.
What do you think? Does Chann deserve the TOTY award?
