Tim Burchett ain’t your typical congressman.

Repping Tennessee’s second district, he’s just as likely to be talking bills and committees as he is to be talking skateboards. Recently, he showed everyone that he keeps it real both in D.C. and on board.

Tulsi Gabbard shared a story about Burchett that’s got people stoked about him.

Back when they were both in Congress, she was missing the ocean and surfing life. Tim promised to hook her up with a skateboard. And guess what? He came through.

Yesterday, Gabbard got a handmade, limited-edition Burchett Board made from all natural materials. No plastic, no shortcuts, just a straight-up thoughtful gift from one friend to another.

But don’t get it twisted. Burchett is serious about his work too. He’s sitting on committees that deal with oversight, foreign affairs, and infrastructure, and he doesn’t sugarcoat his opinions. He’s loud, he’s direct, and he’s not afraid to shake things up when he feels it’s needed.

Moments like the skateboard drop show another side of him. The guy knows how to mix business with a little personal flair. For fans on social media and folks watching Congress, it’s proof that Burchett’s not just talking politics. He’s living it in his own style.

From the halls of Congress to a handcrafted board, Tim keeps it real, making politics feel a little less stiff and a lot more human.
