Pro skateboarder Micky Papa just bagged the top spot at the 2025 Dumb Data Competitive Flatground Skateboarding contest, beating Jeff DeChesare in a close final and walking away with a well-deserved $1,000 prize, courtesy of Skatesense.
Chris Chan landed in third place after a solid run that kept fans tuned in until the end.
For those who’ve missed the classic flatground face-offs once hosted at The Berrics, this contest filled the gap in a big way.
With The Berrics taking a step back from their S.K.A.T.E. events over the last two years due to financial losses, Dumb Data decided to take matters into his own hands and delivered.
The contest brought out some of the cleanest and most technical flatground skating we’ve seen this year.
Big props to Dumb Data for pulling this off and giving flatground heads something fresh to watch.
And of course congrats to Papa for taking the win!
