According to reports, his appointment takes effect on April 3, 2025, along with a seat on the company’s Board of Directors.

With over 30 years of leadership experience, Palladini has built a career centered on brand growth and consumer engagement.

During his time at Vans, he played a major role in scaling the brand’s global revenue to over $4.2 billion in under six years. His strategies not only strengthened retail performance but also led to significant growth in eCommerce and international markets.

Beyond shoes, he helped diversify the Vans product range, expanding apparel and accessories to nearly 20% of total sales.

For Palladini, the move represents an opportunity to lead a company that has been a staple in children’s apparel for generations. “Carter’s has a strong reputation for quality, value, and style,” he said. “I’m looking forward to expanding on the great work already being done and further strengthening the brand’s connection with families through fresh ideas, engaging products, and compelling storytelling.”
