Brooklyn Projects skate shop business owner Dom DeLuca is done staying quiet.

DeLuca took to social media to call out Los Angeles officials again after his shop got hit by another flood.

"Shout out to the City Of LA

Thanks for making sure the drains were clear .

We are flooded again !!!!!
