We can't believe it's been five years since professional skateboarder and 2021 Skater Of The Year Mark Suciu landed on the cover of Thrasher Magazine with that gnarly backside 50-50 shot at the CBS building in Midtown Manhattan.
His ollie up on the ledge before committing the trick was no joke, considering the crazy and sketchy landing zone.
He had an issue with a casual walker, and no one even told him that someone was about to get in his way.
It's clear that landing that move on the cover was a big deal – not just for Suciu, but for the whole skateboarding community.
It's amazing to see how that moment still inspires skaters to go for their own legendary spots.
