As we previously reported, professional skateboarder Bam Margera has torn his MCL after skating hard in the streets and filming for the love of skateboarding.

Hence, haters kept saying that the Viva La Bam star would start to relapse and doubting that his relationship with fiancée Dannii Marie wouldn't last long.

A video from TMZ has surfaced that Margera and Marie argued outside, taking away something from Margera.

But it's only Marie being concerned that Margera will start taking painkillers, as it's a highly addictive substance, which he had issues with addiction.

Painkillers, also known as opioids, are substances that can be highly addictive. They work by interacting with the opioid receptors in our brain, attaching to them, and causing a surge of dopamine.

Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that signals the body to feel pleasure, and this sensation is recorded in the brain's reward system.

The couple cleared on a recent Instagram post that Margera remains substance-free, marking six months of sobriety.

Margera's manager Mike Quinn also said, "Good news, Bam remains sober. The personal incident outside a hotel, involving Bam and his fiancée, Dannii, stemmed from Dannii's concern for Bam's wellbeing. This misunderstanding between the couple was resolved positively, as expected moments later. Bam continues to take his regular voluntary urine tests to confirm his sobriety."
