Legendary punk rocker and skateboarder Duane Peters has decided to sell his prestigious Transworld Legend Award.
The reason is because Peters' desire to secure a new apartment in a more affordable location and make ends meet.
The increasingly challenging economic circumstances makes it more difficult to DP.
The Master of Disaster announced his intention to part with the award, along with a collection of skateboards.
He said, "Selling my Transworld legend award along with some luke minded boards to help me try to get an apartment in a place where a sandwich cost just as much ? almost ! Everybody watches them do what ever they want and say what ever they want about me and you all get to laugh." This reflects his approach to a challenging financial hardship.
