The skateboard deck is the foundation of any skateboard setup, and Brandon Turner prefers a size 8.25 deck.
He explains that this size gives him enough space to land his tricks while still being lightweight and easy maneuvering.
He also prefers a medium concave, which gives him a comfortable feel and allows him to pop his board easily.
The trucks are the metal parts that attach to the deck and hold the wheels in place. Turner uses Independent Trucks, which he believes are durable and provide him with the stability he needs to perform his tricks. He prefers a size 144 truck, which is perfect for his deck size.
