Los Angeles underground streetwear FTP, also known as Fuck The Population, has been in the game for many years but was never a skater-owned skate company.
The founder Zac Clark named their new business venture "FTP is not a skateboard company" to make sure that ordinary people would know that they are a clothing brand venturing into the skateboarding scene.
As skateboarding keeps evolving, the mainstream media and more prominent corporations want to get some piece of the pie in which they are sponsoring skaters to promote their brand.
But FTP is different, and although Zac FTP never stepped on a skateboard, he genuinely knows how the rebel artform and revolution beyond the streets of outcasts works.
The Baker/Deathwish skateboarding style of the "NOT A SKATE VIDEO BY FTP" bolsters VX1000 skating with professional skateboarder Antwan Dixon putting forth mind-boggling tricks.
A team assembled with a singular goal of invigorating street skateboarding made fans want more to relish underground roots to its core.
