Cleveland, Ohio, death metal masters 200 Stab Wounds have returned to provide their killer new single "Gross Abuse" via Metal Blade Records' official YouTube channel.
The lead singer and guitarist, Steve Buhl, shared that he taps into the song's vibe to come up with fitting topics.
“I'll feel what kind of vibe the song has, and what topic would fit for that particular song,” Buhl said. “The last song on the new record, ‘Parricide,’ is about someone going into a nursing home, and just blowing it up. The lyrics are about those type of corporations that don't really give a fuck about those people. It's all just a money grab.”
Their upcoming album, "Manual Manic Procedures," is set to challenge norms with tracks like "Parricide," which calls out corporate indifference to vulnerable communities.
Fans are stoked for "Gross Abuse" and can't wait for 200 Stab Wounds to drop their latest sonic onslaught.
Keep an eye out for this band as they continue to push the boundaries of extreme music with their latest work!
